Shipping Destinations: We currently offer shipping services exclusively within the Republic of Ireland (ROI). However, please stay tuned for exciting updates, as we plan to expand our shipping destinations to include worldwide delivery in the future.

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods: We use An Post, Ireland’s national postal service, for the delivery of your purchases. Each order will be assigned a unique tracking number, which will be provided to you in the shipping confirmation email. This tracking number allows you to monitor the status and location of your order in real-time.

Shipping Rates:

For orders totalling less than 50 Euro: A flat-rate shipping fee of 5.99 Euro will be applied.
For orders totalling 50 Euro or more: Enjoy free shipping!

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your order’s progress.

Shipping Restrictions: We only ship to addresses within the Republic of Ireland. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Happygiftshop.ie is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package may be lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim using the tracking number provided.
